Refund policy
As our coffee is freshly roasted to be enjoyed at its best, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges.
However, your experience means a great deal to us. If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please don't hesitate to get in touch at admin@fatbeancoffee.co.uk. We'll always do our best to understand the situation and find the most appropriate solution.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or if you've received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll make it right.
Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee and for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened coffee products.
Where we agree to accept a return for reasons other than an item being damaged, faulty, or incorrect, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
