We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Order Processing

As a small-batch specialty coffee roaster, we carefully prepare each order to ensure your coffee reaches you as fresh as possible. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.

During busy periods, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer.

Delivery

We use trusted UK delivery partners to ship your orders. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, adverse weather conditions, industrial action, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
