Subscription Cancellation Policy

Some of our coffees may be available as subscriptions, allowing you to enjoy freshly roasted coffee delivered to your door on a regular basis.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged automatically for each scheduled order.

We want our subscriptions to fit around your routine and be as flexible as possible. You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through the links provided in your order confirmation emails or by contacting us at admin@fatbeancoffee.co.uk.

Please note that any changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Once a subscription order has been processed and prepared for dispatch, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Any cancellation will apply to future subscription orders and will not affect orders that have already been processed or dispatched.
