Behind every bean is Hugo Hernández, a dedicated coffee producer with more than three decades of experience in the agroindustry. His commitment goes beyond farming—he is also a water steward in the municipality of Dolores. Guided by deep respect for the environment, Hugo has planted more than 50 trees to protect a natural spring that emerges from the very mountain where his coffee plants grow.

Santa Elena coffee reflects this same care and devotion. With delicate floral notes and bright acidity, every cup offers a unique experience that connects you to the true essence of the land.
